IAMORGAN - Thank you very much for you extremely detailed breakdown of the differences. It really gives me a great idea of what to expect in both.

You are correct, that what we're really looking for is something much nicer than coach (more legroom, lounges, food, etc.), but we don't necessarily "need" the F experience. But, everybody makes it sound sooo great, that I feel like a fool to not try it (at least 1 way). As for your comparison between the 4* and 5* hotels and the differnt Mercedes... I drive an Audi A4 (nice, but not an A8) and we generally stay in 3 or 4 star hotels (nice, but not extravagant). These choices aren't because we can't afford it, it's because we would rather use that money (or points in this case) for several of the "middle class" items than a couple of the "high class" ones. We're not interested in 2 star hotels, flying coach or driving cars that we are hoping start when we turn the key... but, we don't need the best of everything either. I don't really know if that makes sense or not, but to me it does. haha

To your point about CE... I'm the one who didn't understand. I wasn't aware that CE was the highest class for intra-europe flights. I was under the assumption that there was a F & CE. But, you're saying that CE is what I'd be flying inside Europe weather my ticket was for F or CW, right?
