Luxembourg is a small place and there are not many luxury hotel options. I would recommend the small boutique hotel Albert 1er, www.albertpremier.lu, or the new Sofitel Grand Ducal that offers nice views offer the valley.
Completely agree that Albert Premier is by far the best option. In fact, for me it's the ONLY option.
