Best way to have our views heard regarding a prop?

I have just completed a stay at a JW, and had some comments regarding the hotel that I want to convey. At the *wood forum, there are 2 lurkers that help convey our messages to the GM of the prop. Is there somebody associated with the chain that we can relay our comments to.

Basically I booked a feather free room on the high floor, yet was given a room with Only feathered pillows and on The lowest floor. And i made my reservation about a week in advance. I mean what's the point to making my selection, if it is only to be ignored. And it is the 3rd time it has happened at this prop.

Hopefully I get some kind of explanation from a hotel Exec or the GM assuring me it won't happen again.

What would be my best recourse? Any suggestions?
