If you're not smart enough to calculate that "freshly made" in an ad, promo, or on the wrapper of a any sandwich is a more than ambitious and hardly justifiable claim. Is that "Squoze from fresh oranges" label on some of your market's juice products any guarantee other than "Well, it once was, but has been here on the shelf for a while."? How fresh is fresh milk? I'd hate to even contemplate the picking date of some of the "Fresh Grapes" from Chile which show up out of season.
