While I am not that well endowed, I have never at any airport anywhere around the world been told to lift my breasts during a pat down. But as I have often said, pat downs in the rest of the world seem to be more professional than those done by TSA, even the ones which are 'more intimate'.
Nor have I been told anywhere except in the US to lift my skirt during a pat down, yet there are many reports about women (and kilted men) being told to do so by TSA, and wands being pushed up into the crotch area.
Lifting ones breasts (or fat) or raising ones skirts should not be part of air travel for the average traveller.
There is a loss of dignity and respect for the traveller.
I'd say that there has been a loss of dignity and respect for our freedoms as well.
