It came out a little hard from the galley, I just picked it up in my fingers to eat it.

and yeah - LH really is very very good these days in F. I'd put them up there just below SQ.

Here's a picture of this. They need to allow the block to thaw before they bring it out - mine was hard as a brick! But it was very good.
