rsqx2 - your feedback has been taken to heart from the points you mention. To clarify some of your comments:

Our Royal Club Deluxe rooms are slightly bigger from our Deluxe rooms (44 vs. 38 square m.). The Royal Club rooms also have floor to ceiling windows, making the rooms look more spacious.

There are several reasons why we no longer offer drinks at the Glaz Bar during Cocktail hour for our Royal Club Guests, but one reason was that we had introduced a "Rush Hour" promotion that we forecasted would cause the Glaz Bar to be quite crowded. From a logistical standpoint, and to be able to better cater to the needs of our Club Guests, we decided to limit the Cocktail consumption to the 26th floor.
