Why would anyone expect an airline to provide you with an umbrella when it's raining outside. That's ridiculous. If it's raining outside and you want to stay dry, carry an umbrella. If it's winter and you want to stay warm, wear a coat.
when Hawaian Airlines has 737's we need to carry umbrellas inside the plane.
