Beg to differ on time needed for a DMZ tour. We did one from ICN, started at 8:30 AM, took about 7 hours, and included a decent lunch at a restaurant. The main desk is between doors 3 and 4 in the terminal.
The transport time alone from the airport to the area exceeds the 8h allowed; I was there during the business week. It might be less during weekends when traffic is lighter. You have to take a bus from the airport which is a couple of hours away from even downtown.
