We just returned from two nights at this CY. The rooms in the main building are definitely tiny. My wife is Gold but they would only offer us a room on the 17th floor (top floor) which they described as having an ocean view. Well the "ocean view" view was really difficult to see and could only be done by craning one's neck into a very uncomfortable position. However, the location is great in relation to the cost and most everything of note in Waikiki is within walking distance. We like walking across the street to the IHOP for breakfast. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic and accommodating. There are two concierges on duty most of the day if one needs assistance.
