I got an email from AC entitled: "On sale! China, Florida, the US and other great deals." In there, I saw a YYZ-LHR OW advertised at $252, i thought that sounded appealing. I logged on and tried every possible date within the sale period, well, I think I did, but I could never find that price. I always ended up in the $800's one way plus taxes and the usual add-ons. Has anyone found that fare?
I emailed AC and asked them when that fare would occur. They replied: "Our current processing time is 20 business days for general customer concerns...". Now that's a long time...
