What type of rate code did you use? There are many rates that qualify to earn miles but do not entitle the renter to actually get the miles because of the company sponsoring the code. Many employers have a deal with Hertz that gets the a CDP code but prohibits the earning of FF miles. This is usually the case because of the FF surcharge levied on the final total. Many companies do not want even the slightest chance that they will end up paying this for their employees.
