Was just asking about this on the W westwood thread and thought i would quickly ask the same here. I am looking to hear of anyones experience of booking suites at the W Hollywood with solely points. Also, wanting to here about what type of suites are available for suite upgrades. I am looking to book a slightly larger one for a couple of night, and at least pay partly with points(ideally mostly). Understand that this can not be done at time of booking and i have to contact the property directly to enquire about an instant award.
