I am sitting here thinking what is important to me when i tavel, or make plans to travel.

These are in no particular order.

1. Price
2. Comfort
3. Service
4. Flight times, arrival and departure.
Can't do those 4 am starts.!
5. The whole experince, from Buying the ticket to getting in the cab the other end.
6. The FF plan, bonus points do help, especially Qualifing.

I have more, i am sure...
Thought, I pay the extra for a V fare to get the upgrade, why because I get the extra room, not the food, not the movies, not the free booze...it just the comfort and personnel space...this would be my number one reason for flying any airline....Now how AC can turn that into a cost saving i dont know....

How about an improved online ticket purchasing system for they customers, that allows you to pick the class, do the upgrade and buy the ticket online...Then print it out, go to the airport and fly..

If i could do that i would be flying more...we have cut out business travel...we combine trips, instead of a monthly to Miami we go every other month, or six weeks, same For OZ and the UK...

If i had the power to get all that information while i am quoting a client i would probaly go more often or authorise other to do so....

I could also buy all my employees tickets, and reward them with the upgrades as a perk...

I am getting carried away...it will never happen!

But you guys are right....AC Listen to us !!!
