True - they at least owe us notification. My opinion. I have my second email on it's way to them that just says, "Will Hilton honor (pun intended) the HV reward codes (HV404, HV504, HV405 etc...) Nothing yet. I did get a lovely "We're sorry for our service" email but it didn't address the question at all. Not a good sign.
