I am really greatful to Scott for following this through...also he is adding 5000 miles to my account.

I love CO and the staff ..for the last 3 years I got loads of upgrades especiall EWR to PTY..my big gripe is that this year I will do 100,000 miles and not had the benefits I have had in the last 3 years.. ,This year not had a single upgrade whatsoever.

My friends at times think I am crazy taking so many trips ..but CO got me addicted to the status...I am sure you all know what it is like.

Now however the drive for doing the trips is the occasional upgrades.. I don't want to go over to AA..but it is starting to look like I will have no choice, even though their schedules mean overnight stays in places i dont want to be.

Does anyone know the real reason for the lack of upgrades this year..was it the double EQM promotions last year?
