Given that you really want to credit to EB I would suggest AC, they have surprisingly good fares that often earn 100% with EB as well. Otherwise, there are the good old V-class fares with LH which you sometimes need a travel agent for (or have the fare "talked-up" from W by Wideroe.no-online desk which is a FT favourite procedure).

If flying SK, you only get decent value when flying Economy Extra (150%) or Business (200%). All other fares are either 25% or way too expensive for what you get.
