I've had a lot of the "Mexican" places in Tokyo (La Jolla, Fonda de la Madrugada, Junkadelic, El Torito, Zest, etc) but they don't come close to El Comal.
Of all the places you've listed, the only one you could say serves Mexican food without the quotes is La Fonda. The rest of them, I'd rather poke my eyes out with hot kushiage sticks that eat there.
This El Comal place sounds intriguing, have to admit.
