All AA will need to do is change a few signs, everything else stays as they are!
Actually despite their age, I personally find the AA F suites very comfortable.

If AA want to up their game in this cabin, it would actually be very easy. Simply recover the seats (they are starting to look a little tatty), and provide better food and wine. As it is, I think AA F food is actually not that far behind BA (and sometimes it is better), but it is a booze/grog that is really letting down the side (with a few rare exceptions). A better IFE would also help but that costs real money.

And by the way, the NZ idea is stupid. Anyone of any reasonable height will find it cramped at best. The new cabin configs and the fact you only get 3 seats for economy extra means that most people won't actually feel very comfortable. If any of you are like me and have managed to be given a row of 3 seats to oneself will know it's not quite long enough on even a 747. Try this on one of the new config NZ 777s and you will be in for a nasty surprise.
