1) Login at www.priorityclub.com

2) Click the "View" link beside your Membership number on the left:

Priority Club #: 123456789 View

3) Right below all the drop down menu and above the list of your recent stay, you should find this section with the link:

Hotel Activity Report a Points Discrepancy
