Sadly, that is not true. I tried to make automatic refilling of the card and, when it did not work, I wrote to them and they said I needed to use IE.
And yes, since last year you can put your Railplus on the card. They stopped sending me the paper cards. Again, I don't remember if I asked for this or not.
Well, last year I still got paper. I should get a new card in a few weeks and I will be very happy if they add Railplus to my card.
