What's the big difference between holding a ticket and a 24-hour grace refund period? Hold... you get 24 hours to decide. Refund...you pay, 24 hours later if you change your mind, cancel and get a refund. So, what's the true difference?

Besides, someone could still try the same thing with refundable tickets. Doesn't really solve the problem, does it?
