having just been there last week, I can confirm that there is no breakfast in the lounge, only in the main restaurant. In fact there was not even a buffet spread during cocktail hours, they just bring you small plates of canapes.
That's a huge downgrade from the past, although I'm not sure if it's due to the low occupancy rate right now. I'll be at the IC BKK in 2 weeks and hopefully the occupancy and the level of service will have improved by then.
