I wouldnt want anyone stealing from me (be it an employee or customer)..if an employee was caught stealing im sure the airline would fire the employee..If a passenger was caught stealing id "fire" them too and probably seek legal action against the passenger..Im with AA on this one..no business or no person should tolerate theft and this is just what it is..They cant afford to have customers like this.:-:
