I hope that we can get back to discussing what a joy it is to fly (BA in particular) and exchange all kinds of tips on maximizing miles and money. I think that most BA crew who joined FT did this out of a deep love of their job and the joy of interacting with passengers. I can also understand that all this talk about strikes and how stupid cabin crew and BASSA are and how we all would do it so much better can feel a little demotivating.

I for one have never even thought about leaving BA and much of that has got to do with the interaction with BA crew here. The instant help offered by Dilly and Nicci, the insights of No5, BBB, sunshinegirl, bealine and many others make me feel a very valued customer. Try and get that on any other forum here.

So instead of talking about leaving BA, I would like to thank them and acknowledge their role in creating at least one loyal customer. ^
