The instant help offered by Dilly and Nicci, the insights of No5, BBB, sunshinegirl, bealine and many others make me feel a very valued customer. Try and get that on any other forum here.

So instead of talking about leaving BA, I would like to thank them and acknowledge their role in creating at least one loyal customer. ^

I stay loyal to BA mostly because of the personal touch displayed here by BA staff. And of course being able to travel on the UD in 62/64 is another reason

I hope that the CC will make peace with the company soon and we will go back to discuss more funny aspects of travel

I will not participate in "strike"/"BASSA" threads as I think it's too depressing.
