I am looking at a flight from lax-ham 9/14/10 returning 10/14/10. I selected V class for the search, and it returns a fare of $1,277 + taxes and fees. All flights show as "v" class. There's a button to click to "increase ticket flexibility" for an extra $48. But, why you click that the fare does indeed up up, however, the posted fare class remains "v". Are there two different "v" buckets??????
