Interesting that the layover time is just 44 minutes between 785 and 786.
I guess research shows that SNA passengers mostly end their trips at YYZ instead of connecting to other destinations. I can imagine that if I'm going to Europe from SNA via AC, I wouldn't fly thru YYZ since layover times can be long.
