Just returned from a 3 night stay.
Very long wait to check in, no Diamond lane.
I had a poster tube for a conference delivered UPS in advance. They charged me $8 for accepting it. At previous stays at Hyatts and a J.W. Marriott I have not been charged for this service.
We went to the Regency Club for a drink and after about 15 minutes of not seeing anyone we went to the club check-in desk and had to interup the Club attendant from her computer solitare game to get our drinks.
No coffee equipment in the rooms.
(I have experienced this at one other Hyatt.)
