Hello,
my name is Miguel Yisrael (Serdoura) and I also traveled with Michel Cardin on the same plain, and played on the same Festival. And, also like Michel, me too, I got my lute broken by Air Canada !!!!

My lute was broken in a even more serious way because they broke the sound table (face of the body), wish is the "Soul" of the lute. The table is what gives the sound to the instrument.
I live in Paris, France, and just got only 3 days ago my lute back from it's repair by a professional lute maker, in Paris.
The lute seems to be ok now, but Air Canada will have to pay me the 620€ this repair costed me !!!
I will send them a letter tomorrow.
All the best, and lets hope Air Canada will seriously improove their Lugage boys !!! It is shoking that after 1( years of taking plaines with lutes, only Air Canada managed to break it !!!
