I was in NYC last week, and this place ...now called Vanessa's Dumpling House was recommended in one of my books.

Holy Yummness Batman.

Prices are slightly higher... dumplings are 4 for $1, and the sandwiches are $2 ... unless you want the peking duck, then its $2.25.

but wow...for $22 I was able to feed 4 (including 2 teenage boys) and we couldn't finish all the food.

I've been craving the pork buns since I left.
