I am having an issue with guest relations not caring about the fact that they are having continued false advertising on their hotel page for a certain site. I have sent 5 emails now after an initial good reply and nothing at all has been done. This cost me quite a bit of time and effort during my stay as it was unexpected to not have the amenities as listed, so I had to go out of my way to do the same things.
I am pretty much disgusted with IHG right now, do they not have an official rep here on the forums?
This problem is simple to fix, I don't even seek compensation for my own time spent on it, I just want to protect future travelers.
I have enjoyed my IHG properties of late (I avoid the old Holiday Inns), and generally positive but it seems resolving problems with them is like going to the dentist.
