Most airlines publish online timetables organized by departure city. (I download PDF versions to my laptop.) Look up BOS. You'll find all its flights by destination. Some flights are listed twice, such as UA 531 at 0728 under both its first stop (ORD) and its final destination (LAX), but that shouldn't be a problem.
If you want multiple airlines in one place, OneWorld and Star Alliance both post alliance-wide timetables. Not sure about SkyTeam, but it shouldn't be hard to check.
A few airports publish combined timetables for all their flights, but I'm not aware of any more general free services that do what you want. There are many paid information sources, though, including the venerable OAG (now mostly online). Some offer free trials.
