I smiled half way through eating it (it was so good) and a discussion with the crew (who had all tried it) confirmed this was a real winner.

About 3500 calories per serve. But well and truly worth it!!

It came out a little hard from the galley, I just picked it up in my fingers to eat it.

and yeah - LH really is very very good these days in F. I'd put them up there just below SQ.
