Just to clarify, the GM did not phone me but we were corresponding via email. I did send an email outlining the good parts of our stay as well as the disappointing parts to him and his boss. I have yet to hear anything.
We always roll with things, however, the first two nights we didn't have any sheets as the first night nothing had been made up and there wasn't anything in the room, the second night, god knows why but they took the sheets away from the previous night. The third night I did it myself.
I don't share my pillows with anyone.
