Dreadful is an overstatement. It's not that bad.

Have you been to the KL lounge at AMS? (MA send you to the KL lounge.) Now that is truly dreadful, it's a vast cavernous space with cheap furniture and a long queue for soup, which is about all that's on offer. Looks like a homeless shelter.
