I checked the F&F rate at IC Budapest and Warszaw, it is €10 higher than 2-4-1 hower, it doesn't say anything about charges for 2nd person?

2-4-1 rate:
Extra Person Charge: 40,00 € EUR (+21%tax)per extra Adult starting with the 2nd adult
