I have never booked airline tickets on Orbitz but did so this time because of the massive savings. Rather than an actual ticket number, Orbitz provided a "booking request confirmation" with a notice that they will issue my ticket within 24 hours.

My concern is a follows: Delta.com does not show coach availability for my flight, yet Orbitz allowed me to book the coach fare. Will Orbitz send me a notice that they could not book my ticket? Should I start looking for alternatives now? This situation leaves me feeling quite uneasy, esp since this international travel commences in 4 days.
