The NSW Govt this week introduced secret, mobile speed cameras operated by Redflex.
This has been a revenue raising exercise for VIC and likely many US states where Redflex has similar revenue raising (hidden speed cam operation) contracts.

I'd just be interested in who uses Trapster or similar, and whether it's worth the hassle.

The issue in this case is that the operator of the 'mobile' speed traps moves their hidden location every 3hrs or less, to maximise their stealth operation.
