It looks like the PVD - PHL flight can go either way. They have an express (arrives at 1PM) and a mainline (arrives at 3PM) that would allow for the connection to ANC. Based on that, I think you go into B/C on the mainline and F on the Express. Since the B752 comes from Europe/Intl destination before going to ANC, you would more than likely leave out of A-East/West. Hope this helps.
