Hello. I have been trying to use the ANA tool to book award travel to different destinations and seeing no availability. I went to the specific *A website I was looking to use to see what routes are direct and while playing around saw alot of award travel options which were not coming up on ANA. I did a couple other tests and the same thing happened. Why isn't ANA more complete or atleast as complete as specific airlines? Forgive me if I should know this. In the past, I have gone to ANA to see "all" award travel options which do not always come up on other specific airline sites. Thank you!
