The question of when AwardWallet does its automatic updates seems to be a mystery wrapped inside an enigma. They show changes in small green numbers, but sometimes those "changes" persist for weeks. Yes, you can always click the Check or Check All links to get an updated number.
While I generally prefer AwardWallet, I also appreciate the email every morning from MileTracker listing my account balances and any changes.
