Last I checked, the DMZ tours from the airport (and the cheap ones from the city) tour around various sites near or around the DMZ, but do not have access to the cross-border village of Panmunjeom itself. And if you can't do the real thing, you might as well save yourself four hours on a bus and hotfoot it to Seoul instead.
