Beg to differ on time needed for a DMZ tour. We did one from ICN, started at 8:30 AM, took about 7 hours, and included a decent lunch at a restaurant. The main desk is between doors 3 and 4 in the terminal.
Last I checked, the DMZ tours from the airport (and the cheap ones from the city) tour around various sites near or around the DMZ, but do not have access to the cross-border village of Panmunjeom itself. And if you can't do the real thing, you might as well save yourself four hours on a bus and hotfoot it to Seoul instead.
