This property has rudimentary A/C. With the recent hot weather in Cote d'Azur, the room is near 80 even with the A/C on high. It was difficult to sleep until late at night when the outside temperature dropped. I spoke to front desk and maintenance fiddled with a few things and said that's the best they can do. Be forewarned if you are sensitive to heat. It is ok for the rate otherwise.
