hmmm.. it also seems that the there was a check out from that room a bit earlier and the hotel may not have had the time to do a thorough cleanup and replenishment..
but yes, these r not acceptable in a top property, no matter who or what rate is being paid.. hotels give low rates to crews since they get a certain business and its not that they run on losses on these rooms..
