I have been at a couple where you order the food at the window, it is prepared to order and fresh, and the server brings it over, I leave $2-$3. Some the the HGI servers are very nice and friendly, better than restaurants actually, again $2. Straight up buffet, get my own juice and coffee, $1 if I am asked if I need anything or get fresh coffee or juice brought to the table.
