Back in the day LaJolla in Hiroo used to be the only thing out there.
Then there's El Torito in Shinjuku which I visit when I have lunch with friends that work in the building.
Then there's the various Zest's I suppose. Not sure if this is an improvement over El Torito or not.
I've heard good and bad about Junkadelic.
