My 83 year old father is finally going to go to London and I want him to go Business or First Class on a nice airline. Which carrier has the nicest biz or first experience? ( probably from Detroit or Chicago, but could connect with any other city to accommodate a better carrier). I have travelled coach on American and British Airways, so I am not sure what the higher classes of service are like. I will be using AA miles to book for spring 2011, I also have BA miles as well.
