The concerns are over the engines, Pratt & Whitney GearedTurboFans (GTF). These engines are also planned for the Mitsubishi Regional Jet and Irkut MS-21 the direct competition to the C-series, so whatever Qatar's concerns are, they don't affect Bombardier's market share (currently 50%).

It's possible that whatever the problem is can't be fixed, in which case all 3 airplane programs will be in trouble.
