Hello. I'm not sure if this post is best placed on the CX board or here on BA, but here goes. I spend a lot of time at the AMS and FRA airports and am disappointed with the BA lounges at both. Being gold on CX, I tried out the CX lounge in FRA recently. It is the same catering as BA, which after the glory days of CX noodles & dumplings across Asia, was disappointing. FT'ers: are there airports in Europe where the CX lounge is near the BA lounge (and thus the departure gates) and is of higher calibre? I don't expect the Noodle Bar experience, but I hope for a better lounge than BA puts on in many continental cities. Can one use the Qantas lounges or other OW parters as Sapphire?
