Just a quick update...
I stayed at the Renaissance for a weekend stay. The desk agent was familiar with the free night EEO/BOGO and took the printed webpage without question. I was given a room on the top (concierge) floor in a room that was directly across from the lounge (the view was of the golf course and the Wynn and Encore hotels). While I was able to access the lounge Friday night (around 9 p.m.), my key stopped working the rest of the weekend. Per the front desk, the lounge is completely closed over the weekend. I seem to recall being able to access the lounge on the weekends last year.
